What you'll need at home

Hot and cold water valves, a drain pipe or laundry sink, and a standard 120V outlet.
For the dryer
A 240V dryer outlet (3-prong or 4-prong, tell us which) and a vent that goes outside. Gas hookups on request.

Do you run a credit check?
No. You just need a debit or credit card for monthly autopay. There's no deposit and no down payment.
How fast can you deliver?
Most deliveries happen within 24–48 hours of booking. We'll confirm a delivery window by email.
What do I need at my place?
Washer hookups (hot and cold water and a drain) and, for a dryer, a 240-volt dryer outlet and a vent to the outside. Tell us if your outlet has 3 or 4 prongs so we bring the right cord. Not sure? Send us a photo and we'll check.
Do you have gas dryers or stackable units?
Our standard dryers are electric. Gas dryers and stackable sets are available on request, depending on what we have in stock. Ask when you book.
What brands will I get?
Reliable brands such as Whirlpool, Maytag, Kenmore, GE, and Amana. Each set is cleaned, inspected, and tested before delivery. Models vary with what we have in stock.
Billing
When do I pay?
Not until your machines are installed and running. We test them with you, then send you a secure payment link. Your monthly charge happens on the same day each month after that.
How long is the rental?
There's a 6-month minimum. After that it's month to month, and you can cancel with 14 days' notice. We'll pick up the machines for free.
How does the referral credit work?
Give a friend your name to put on their booking. Once they've paid their first month, you both get a month free.
Repairs and moving
What if something breaks?
Email us. Repairs from normal use are always free. We'll fix it or swap in a working machine, usually within 3 business days.
What if I move?
Moving within our service area? We can move your machines for a small fee. Moving away? Just give us notice and we'll pick them up.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. We can supply machines for your units and handle every repair call. Ask us about our referral fee and landlord program.
